The general willingness of someone to do something. The reason that enforce someone to do something. That right there is what motivation does. Swift email replies, great reviews, small classroom size, unique attention given to me. How I can develop to who I want to be such as being a critical thinker, developing my full potential as a leader with Christianity as my faith contributed immensely to choosing Grand Canyon University. A degree is what I need to be able to achieve my aim in life. The aim is one day to be a leading figure in Aviation in my country. That right there is a dream people do not see for me but I can foresee happening. The surest way to be able to handle this huge honor and responsibility is to have a degree and a degree …show more content…
The plan was to complete from foundation of management to be a certified manager. The truth is I was never able to complete. Recently I got admission into another world class certificate program. Stanford – IATA (International Air Transport Association) to get worldwide professional certificate called AvMP – Aviation Management Professional. If you are guessing I was not able to complete, you are right. What happened? Motivation!!! I lacked the motivation. See the thing is I have to learn on my own without any lecturer or lecture notes, without any class mates to even connect to, without any forum for meeting anyone possibly taking this course. I lacked it all and I failed. I failed to continue and I failed to pursue it. If there is anything motivation can do, is to help me pass through this tough times. Motivation can make me pursue and get things done. I wake up in the morning and read my classmates posts, my lecturers words of the day and I know somewhere in Arizona someone is going to help me complete this time, somewhere in New York is a student who is possibly in the same situation as I am and we are all going to sail through. This kind of motivation, coupled with what I am learning from Grand Canyon is what I need to be a successful student.
