After the national election in 1905, there has been a change in the ruling party . The new ruling party was strongly in favor of Africans . Over the years, African party founded . Later years is set in Apartheid and the ruling party has legislation relating to education changed drastically . All public schools should meet the requirements set by the CNE Policy. Schools were forced into Afrikaans or English and teach different schools were established for different races .
