Turkey is located in the middle of the Balkans and the Middle East which are the most combat-ready regions all around the World. Therefore, Turkey has to defend itself to save its independence, to protect the country. That is why Turkey should have a well-organized army. Turkey has a constitution where all the rules and responsibilities are explained clearly and as its law says the army should react against any kind of crisis and uncertainties from in or out of the country.
