In the scriptures we are made to understand that in every land it is the king who pass judgments and make sure there is justice among the citizens. No election is conducted for the selection or chosen of a king.
Who is King? Is a ruler dominating in a territory. God make a man to dominate a territory by building a dome; for he said let us make man in our image after our likeness and let them have dominion over all that we have created.
