Communication is the key of success for today’s life. As a normal human we have to communicate in a daily basis to get our personal needs done, thus in order to overpower a particular situation, one should be able to have good interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills means, the life skills that we use on a daily basis to interact with one and another, both individually or in groups. People who have shaped on developing strong interpersonal skills are usually more outstanding in both their professional and personal lives. According to Rungapadiachy (1999,p.193) “ those skills which one needs in order to communicate effectively with another person or a group. I provide my team members proper information to work on. By doing so it eases the pressure load on my team members and it also enables our team to excel well among the others. In addition, I always stuff myself with new and innovative ideas or information to share with my fellow future colleague because leadership and learning are indispensable to each other. Moving on, my next strength is my capability of co-operating with others. Being born and raised in a multiracial country like Malaysia, coping with one and another is never an issue for me. I notice my strengths are humor, verbal communication and teamwork, being a lecturer that is the most important element you need to excel. Being humorous, I can attract my students to me and this will increases their rate of class attendance. Furthermore, with a good verbal communication, I can explain my subject to my class students very well in a way that they will understand easily because good and clear communication is the bridge to intellect. Adding, I do also excel in teamwork, which means I can associate and help with my fellow students in the future easily without any hesitation. However, I notice being a lecturer, written communication is also very important so it is crucial for me to overcome my weakness as soon as possible to have a good outcome in my future
