I began my community college career in the summer and fell in love with learning. Dr. Franklin introduce me to honor courses and since then I have completed nine honor courses. I did phenomenal in my history courses that professor Waldrop recommend me to enter the S.I. pilot program and I agreed to enter. I join various organizations to stay involve in the campus. With my hard work professor, Waldrop nominated me for student of the year. I did not win, but that night I reflected on how far I came in my life and knew my blessings were just starting. With the help of professor Brockway and the ink spot, I achieve the opportunity to study abroad in Ecuador. At Ecuador I, learn proper Spanish grammar, while also volunteering at multiple places, learn the laws of the country, and see the pope do mass. Coming back to school, I got involved with PTK and became a vital officer who contributed to multiple projects and events.
