Importance Of Healthy Lifestyle

Lifestyle choices have a huge effect on everyone’s lives, and choosing unhealthy choices can lead to many detrimental effects on an individual’s life. The World Health Organisation defines health as a state of ‘complete physical, mental and social wellbeing’ and by choosing a variety of life choices, you can have positive as well as negative effects on this state of wellbeing. A lifestyle is widely affected by the external environment that an individual lives in, and choices affect your life. To become healthier, you need to be able to reach a state of physical, mental and social wellbeing, and in this leaflet I will be analyzing different ways in which to improve our lifestyles to become healthier.
