Healthy lifestyle is what people dream in their life. But, the question is does they practice healthy lifestyle in their life? Healthy lifestyle means maintaining a balance and nutritious diet as well as engaging in sports or other fitness related activities. Today, World Health Organization (WHO) state that only one in ten people exercise regularly and a majority do not follow healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, a research showed that children now a day tend to waste their time by spend more than seven hours a day in front of a screen such as computer, television and videogames. They even do not care about their health as long as they happy with those stuff. Virgil once said that “The Greatest Wealth Is Healthy”. This showed that healthy …show more content…
There are many ways to leading a healthy lifestyle. The first and foremost is eat a healthy food. We all knows that by eating healthy food will keep you from obesity and help maintain a healthy weight. It is not about diet. It is more about follow the healthy eating pyramid. It is a simple guide to the types and proportion of foods that we should eat every day. When you perfectly follow it for sure diseases will not come near to you. There are four layers in pyramid. The layer that you need to focus and concern are the top and the last layer. The top layer refers as healthy fat. That the less quantity we should take because that function as support for heart health and brain. Examples foods for top layer are oil, butter, sweets dessert and more. There are bad effects to your health if you take it over than you should. You will get these famous diseases in the world which are obesity, heart attack and cancer. Those diseases can bring you to death. Nevertheless, you can prevent those disease by take a lot of quantity in the last layer of healthy eating pyramid. You need to take a lot of vegetables and fruits because those things have low calories and fats.
