Business owners need to have a strong relationship with their employees. There are many steps on how to have strong relationships with their employees. Step one can say to have an open door policy for their employees. They need to make sure their employees feel comfortable around him or her to come to them with new ideas, concerns, or even complaints if needed. The second step is to let them know that you are there. Communicate with their employees and make sure they feel like they can come to you whenever they need to. You don 't want to be working all the time and then having the employee 's feel like the boss isn 't even apart of the business.
