In the beginning when Paula was explaining her high and low points of the weeks she had told how her sister broke something of her’s. She said that she had hated her sister. The goal of this session was to help the group show their feelings and let them know it’s okay not to hid the way you are feeling even though it can be hard. The model that best represents the interaction in the session was the task-centered model. This model is aimed at goal attainment and we had a goal for this session. The task-centered model is usually used within a short time frame. Due to the nature of this assignment, it was brief and focused.
Based upon your assessment of how you facilitated the group and presented yourself, identify two questions you would take to your supervisor to improve your professional judgement and behavior (PB 5)
The first question I would ask my supervisor about my performance during this session would be if I came off as unconfident and uncomfortable due to my fidgety and restless behavior.
