It should be something everyone should learn to do because when we least expect it, our loved ones might need a helping hand. Since we help does around you when they needed help, someone will give us a helping hand when we need it. So I use that way of thinking at all times and at all places. He was extremely thankful for the time and patience I spend to help his son. He tried to offer me a ride home, but I denied the ride. I told him I was ok; However, he went inside the store as I waited outside and came out with a bottle of water saying it was for me. I took it and started to make my way back home afterwards, for it was getting late and cold around me. I still had about 10 mins of walking to do and as i was walking home I had very exciting feeling in my head and big smile on my face. As he was done explaining to me what had happened I asked myself “what if I would have not helped that young guy out? Would have the stranger helped my nephew out? but I had no answer for myself and that’s why after that day I made sure I give a helping hand always to granted that I receive a helping hand when I need it or my loved ones need it. Truly giving a helping hand is a wonderful thing to do because when we or our loved ones need a helping hand someone will give it to

But what catches you by surprise is how much you receive in return.” This demonstrates why many people do not feel that they should give back because they do not believe the benefits that they can get from it as well. Consequently, when creating that feeling of happiness and satisfaction in someone else’s life, it comes back to the person creating it. Volunteering to help someone get tutored, help the handicapped, involve themselves with a program like Meals on Wheels, certain environmental work, etc., not only does one gain from that, but one’s community has been helped because of them.…
