I am a visual learner and once I see something done it clicks to me and makes sense. Without sight I would have to teach myself a different way to understand things and learn. Reading itself would become its own challenge to learn how to read brail. Getting myself around day to day would become another obstacle. Without sight I would need assistance everyday throughout life. That would be hard for me to accept others help and trust that they would be steering me in the right direction. Also being a very independent person I would have trouble relying on other people to walk me through everyday task. However if I did have a child without sense of sight it would be unbearable to not be able to see that child grow up. Missing the joy that mothers have when seeing a little version of themselves or their father. Watching a child take its first steps and not being able to witness that would be awful. I would not be able to help them pick out outfit to wear to their first day of school or read to them the stories they wanted to hear. Not being able to physically watch the baby grow from infant to adult would be hard to handle. I am sure that there is blind parents in the world that do a great job however I cannot imagine how hard it would be to not be able to watch their child grow into an
