This is why I wish to improve my cardiovascular fitness because it helps keep going without getting tired so easily for example: playing floor hockey for 5 minute running back and front is difficult for me to keep up. In order to improve my fitness I want to able to do 30 minute of jog but I only able to do 7 minute. What I going to do in order to achieve my goal is to jog for 10 minute and increase the minute when I feel more comfortable. How I am going to this is schedule a plan on many days I going to do it. When I could do this realistically I like to do it every day but I think I will start in weekend and if goes well than I will do it every day. I am going to this in a park since it only 5 minute away of my house. My goal is realistic but not very easy since it difficult to keep up everyday where something could happen such as to much rain or snow and that you won’t have time to do it. The time that I believe I will improve my cardiovascular fitness will be 1 year since I feel that one semester is enough since many thing could happened to prevent me from reaching

I then walked over to the 4 foot 8-inch frame of Scott and punched him right in the jaw. He flopped to the ground harder than Daniel getting checked in AE hockey.
