Ethics is traditionally a branch of philosophy dealing with moral problems and moral judgments. White (1988) defines ethics as the evaluation of human actions. In doing that, we have assign judgments to behavior as “right” or “wrong” and “good” or “bad” according to the perspective of a moral principle or a guideline of ethical. Although we have for all strive to be a good and right, also a gap often exists between the ideal outcome and what can realistically be accomplished.
We acknowledge that ethical perfection lies beyond reach for virtually all of us humans, even if we should be completely agree that the ethically correct response in all situation. The good intentions may prove insufficient to ensure that wrongs will be not occurring.

From that kind of situation what are the actions will be taken which is at the first, the employees must be informed of workplace hazards and properly trained to manage the dangerous equipment, processes and machinery. Seconds, the employees must be refused the dangerous work without risk of discipline. Under the specified circumstances and the members of safety and health committee can intervene for stop the dangerous of work. Thirdly, the employees the rights to participate for make the workplace safer through workplace safety and health committees. In additional, for established the safety committee will be an opportunity to make sure the workers still active participation in health and safety. The committee must be to assign the responsibilities for certain member for aware the new workers, conducted the trainings and other activities like competitions and getting the progress reviews for the management. There activities make their members feeling of being as a part of the process. The significant relationship was the observed between safety behavior and the working sections. Addressing those with priority needs of health and safety awareness will eliminate poor attitudes and miss-behaviors. It is because the safety behavior of the employees is very significantly through the working sections and also the jobs that required workers to be the employed for continuous hours that resulted in poor employee contribution to the organization safety and health practices. Most of the workers contributed for hazard and risk of communication, but the active to involvement in preventive, corrective, and mitigate actions were poor. Supervisors and the workers have own experiences were getting safety
