People enjoy working when the conditions at the workplace are pleasant, everything from commonplace things such as air conditioners to enjoyable relationships with fellow employees. Along with other factors that impact synergy and quality of work. However, one critical aspect is the supervisor or manager. Supervisors are often challenging at work. Some supervisors are pressing, authoritative and lay the burden of their work on their employees. On the flip side, some supervisors maintain high levels of employment, supportive, compassionate, and are great at work. Even if they have essential attributes to perform their jobs. Often their employees experience unneeded tension because of their supervisor’s constant demands. For example, supervisors may cause hostility in the workplace, and enjoy the drama that follows. They can also try to micromanage everything, driving employees insane. It does not mean that these supervisors do this on deliberately. They are not aware of what they are doing, and employs are afraid to say something for fear of reprisal. But, these supervisors don’t make their workers lives easier or increase workflow.
On the contrary, an ethical supervisor does not try to oversee everything or view themselves in higher regard.
