The graph above shows position of the 50 employees of Tesco that has participated in the survey. It is noticed that majority of the respondents are supervisor in the company which is followed by assistant manager as they are 26% of the total respondents. It is observed from the graph provided above that majority of the respondents are associated with the company from 5 to 8 years that is 40% of the 50 employees. This means that company has many loyal employees as they are working since long time with the organisation.
