Being diverse means that a student can do juggle multiple activities at one time. In saying this ,this means that a student could be a football player while in band or volunteering somewhere else. Diversity is a very important trait for students to have. One reason is that its shows that a student can manage their time well. Being diverse is a trait that all colleges look for in students. Students who do well in just academics but has no extracurricular activities are good, however, compare them to students who also do well in academics and participate in extracurricular activities. Personally to me the student with the extracurricular activities and the academics is the more diverse student.
