From my experience, Blackburn College tires to pride itself in its diversity and inclusiveness. This may be true in some instances, but not all. It can also be based around gender and different fundamentals of of the college. A harder piece to measure out would be the diversity of experiences. In the bigger colleges there would naturally be a larger range of people from different walks of life. In the smaller schools located in small farming towns there might not be a varied pasts with in the people. International students would also play into this aspect. They come from a different culture so naturally there would be a totally different past experience with them.
