Differentiation of instruction involves adjustment to the teaching structures, curriculum, and teaching practices in the classroom to ensure that instruction is appropriate, flexible, and responsive, leading to successful achievement.
Tomlinson (2002), stated that teachers can make use of strategies for differentiation though four ways: (1) Content (2) Process (3) Product, and (4) Learning environment. Teachers can differentiate between the four classroom elements based on the willingness of the students, ability, interest or learning profile.
