Introduction
Database design is simply a process that produces a database model in detail. A proper database provides us access to up to date information which is accurate. A correct design enables us to learn more and helps in achieving the goals whether it is short term or long term. It helps in bringing change. The terms used in date base are tables. It is the place in which data bases are written. A good data bases divides the information into subject based table. It provides access to the information required to merge tables together. It helps and ensures the accuracy of the information stored and finally accommodates the data processing (Database design basics, 2014).

It is very important to have a proper name for yourself as it can be used again and again when you create reports and create forms. If the name is forgotten or miswritten, it will be very hard for the future use. So it is very important to have a good name. The name chosen should be short and simple so it can be easy for us to understand it for the future. Long names may be miswritten and may skip letters. Using capital letters in every word would be confusing as well and would make a hard name.
