Crew resource management is management system which aims to improving safety on-board and reduce the risk of accidents.
The purpose of this research is to identify the what is the crew recourse management and discuss about the good crew resource management. For example, the US Airways Flight 1549. Also I will discuss about the bad crew resources management in a true story which is Air France Flight 447.
