Confronting the Seemingly Impossible; conquering fear
I believe you have arrived at a conclusion of which of your dreams reigns supreme. Bear in mind that the dream with the highest total score is not necessarily the winning dream. Your core dream might have scored low due to cost of implementation and other factors. Do not loose heart, it only means that the easiest to implement which might not be the most resounding is only a means to an end.

Initiatives is taking the led or knowing what to do per-time before you are told to do it. You will never apply initiative if you continuously walk in fear and lack of initiative compromises your promotion. Wise initiative is a product of continuous thinking on the scriptures and when applied fear can be stopped at its track. Fears always bring with it a long history of things that you have attempted to overcome and failed. They are as mountains meant to be conquered. When challenging your fears, apart from having good initiative, you need to have a clear picture of your desired outcome in your imagination. The lack of these leads to complaining about your situation, which is a recipe for failure by default. Always remember that how you started does not determine how it will go with you or how it will end. Without a clear picture of the desired outcome in your imagination, you will perceive situations wrongly. When your perception of a situation is wrong, deception and manipulation comes easily, and as they take place, you lose out. Fear is a good breeding ground for deceptions and manipulations, and these seek to justify the wrong and perpetuate …show more content…
Taking action and getting things done make it possible to do even more. You become more effective and efficient with doing more and that grows confidence to do even more. Confident people inspire confidence in others: their audience, their peers, their bosses, their customers, and their friends. And gaining the confidence of others is one of the key ways in which a self-confident person finds success. Someone who speaks clearly, who holds his or her head high, who answers questions assuredly, and who readily admits when he or she does not know something persuades people.

We can grow in confidence through some simple strategies;
a. Set small goals and achieve them. To grow in confidence effectively you must primarily begin with small steps. Simply do something small each day that will help you to build on your levels of knowledge, confidence and abilities in relation to the fear that you are seeking to overcome.
