In modern life, there are full of communication. It accompanies us at all times— in school, in the home and in the society. On one hand we have to say with others, but someone will afraid of talking with strangers on the other hand. I need to improve my ability of human communication.When I met the problem, I am not calm at that moment.
I think I have double-character in daily life: be warm and cheerful when to stay with friends and quiet if with strangers. I always think I have good communication in daily life because I can keep calm when I communicate with friends and strangers. When to talk with them, I can understand their meanings and say my opinion fluency. So every talking parts are all interesting and funny.
In this situation, I think I am not good at communication. There is some mistake I make.
Firstly, I should be polite to him. When I communicate with others whoever he is, I need polite. Take a revision, if I am polite to say “Sorry, I do not want to share the table on this day” when he need us share, maybe the conflict won’t happen.
Next, I should think about the thing in his opinion. He is only an employee in the restaurant and this is his work to do. If I think about him at that time, I will share at once and do not argue with him.
Then, I should respect for him. He does not do the wrong thing at that day, I need to respect his work and understand him. If I respect him, he will have a good attitude for
