To Maintain Commitment OT Professionalism
By: Esmeralda Martinez
I fulfill my commitment to being professional by being respectful, always going above and beyond, and by being dependable. I maintain respect in all of my relationship all the way from my children up to the staff and everyone in between. I don’t believe in just doing what is required, but taking that extra step and doing a little more than enough. I do believe that the stuff of my center and me are a team; therefore, I can always be counted on to come to work prepared and get the job done.
I chose to become an early educator because of the joy that children bring to me. I also love the idea of being able to instill good children because they are our future. Being an early educator

However, in the presentation, he touched interesting points, but one that catches my attention was that if you have a big amount of student loan debt and you get married and you partner also has it. I learned that the best thing to do is not combine both student debts to pay them in one because…

True education is one that brings out the person’s potential. Education should encompass the whole child—intellectual, social, emotional and physical aspects of his/her being. Being a preschool teacher involves a true love for the career and working with children. "…

My professional philosophy derives from my awareness and compassion on how we should encourage all children to develop and achieve different developmental milestones regardless of the variety of variables and circumstances that they may or may not have control over.
