This paper will discuss the value of having a code of ethics in the place of the leaders profession and business establishment as well as in the home.
The purpose of the code of ethic is for accountability to guide and assist leaders in the ministry or their area of the profession to secure their character and help them not to engage in demeanor behavior and how to act as a minister in the presence of people being helped or counseled.
The key ingredients of ethical codes are integrity, respect for others, and show commitment to the community needs as well as the needs of the church and seek help when to feel the need to talk to someone.

As a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ called and chosen by God to adhere to Matthew 28 the Commission empowered by the Holy Spirit to do the work of the ministry, I dedicate myself to conduct the ministry in a way that reflects the guidelines of the ethical code. As minister leader, I will embrace the teachings of Jesus and work to promote the Gospel. The congregants, as well as members of a group ministry, shall have a personal knowledge of the scriptures and be able to relate the Scriptures to everyday life situations.
I promise to trust Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, to acknowledge him as Lord of all and the Head of the Church, and to believe in one God, one Father, one Son, one Faith and in the Holy Spirit. I will be committed and obedient to Christ under the authority of the word of …show more content…
I am created in Christ Jesus for good works. As God who called me is holy, I will be holy in all my conduct. I will tend to the flock of God that is my charge, not under obligation but willingly, not for selfish gain but eagerly; do not lord it over those in my charge but be examples to the flock. I know that we who teach shall be judged with greater strictness. (Ephesians 2:8, 10; I Peter 1:15, 5:2; James 3:1) I will honor God by the words I speak. I will respect God in the way I act. I will allow God 's love and truth to show through me. I will choose to be a blessing in word and deed with people around me and when I am evangelizing.
