I find that a quality leader has the ability to not only lead but to also listen to the opinions of others. I believe have this quality. As a captain for Westfall varsity girls’ soccer and club indoor soccer, I lead the teams to play successfully while supporting my teammates and helping them improve. In yearbook, I received a co-editor job status from my advisor. With this title, I monitor the yearbook staff members to ensure that the yearbook is finished and looks presentable. During my sophomore year, I felt that I was a positive role model and leader to the yearbook members and I hope to continue to do that my junior and senior
