No matter it uses how people make use of it matters a lot. One group of people supports the concept of children of age 12 and under using phones while others disagree with this. However, the reasons for standing against pre-teens using mobile phones cannot be denied including privacy and security concerns as well as antisocial and lethargic behavior. Firstly, young children should not be given mobiles because of both privacy and security issues. A child lacks maturity to differentiate between right and wrong.
