Frustration, Failure, and a Future I was the eldest daughter to substance addicted parents, with two younger sisters my childhood was cut short by undue responsibilities and stress, as a classic case insecure – avoidant attachment theory, I became relentlessly independent (Behrens, Hesse, & Main, 2007). I have attention deficit disorder (ADD), however there was no such diagnosis when I was in school (Fuller-Thomson, Mehta, & Valeo, 2014). My work values include the ability to use my experience and education, with a feeling of accomplishment, helping others address their attitudes and opinions of others and themselves.
