It is a fact that food is extremely essential for the body, especially the healthy ones. But then a lot of people tend to forget that it is not just for skin, muscles, bones and anything physical, but it is also for the brain. It is true that the food that we eat affects how we look and feel, but then turns out our brains needs certain foods as well to be able to function well. These brain foods must contain antioxidants as well as vitamins and minerals to help the brain fight against any brain diseases. So if you are so focused on keeping your body healthy, don't forget that it is not just from your face down, the brain is part of the body as well and it is one of the most important parts. Here are some of the foods that you need to eat more in order to have a healthier brain. …show more content…
If you loves chocolates in general why not switch to dark chocolate if you haven't already. It has a lot of benefits just like having antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that lowers blood pressure and of course, that would mean it would improve the flow of your blood to both your heart and brain. But of course, this doesn't mean that you have to eat dark chocolate every single day for the rest of the year, remember it is still chocolate and it anything that is too much is bad. Take everything in moderation.

And if you don't really prefer dark chocolates, why not add them to a certain food that you like. For instance, instead of getting your usual chocolate chips for your cookies, switch it up with dark chocolates.

#2 Avocados

Yes, get that extra guac on that burrito indeed, because avocados are actually good for our brain. Most people think this is a vegetable but it is actually a fruit just like tomatoes. Yes, it is known to have such a high fat content but these avocados have a lot of good fat in it that actually helps when it comes to keeping the blood sugar levels
