Body health is when your body is healthy or it is up to the body’s right standards to function correctly. That means when you exercise and eat healthy your body will be able to do more things.But that is not the only way the body can stay healthy, another way is brushing your teeth, showering, washing your hands, etc.. Those are ways you can stay healthy because you can fight away sickness and not let germs get everywhere on your body and in your body. Your body needs to stay healthy because if it does not, your body can get really sick with many different illnesses. Body health is important because if you don’t have it, you can let in a lot of diseases.(A disease is an unhealthy condition of the body or mind).When your bodys not healthy …show more content…
This is very important because it can keep bad germs of my hands. You get these germs from doing daly procedures like school and playing outside with friends. You can also get them from tv remotes and even door knobs. I always wash my hands before I eat because I can get germs on my food and then I eat and then I could get sick. Another healthy habit that i have is brushing my teeth. If I don’t brush my teeth, my teeth can rot and fall out. If they don’t fall out, I could have a long time of tooth pain. So that is why it is essential to go to the dentist and get your teeth cleaned. Another way that I show good body health by exercising. I play the game soccer which is aerobic exercise.(Anaerobic exercise is intense physical activity that requires short bursts of energy.) Aerobic exercise is an example of physical activity. (Physical activity is any kind of movement that causes your body to use energy.)The more physical activity you have, gives you good body health and it help you burn off calories that you may have ate. This is good because it can stop you gaining weight and possibly lose weight in the
