Unless you are clean, you can’t get dirty. Being clean is a way of fighting dirtiness. You need to have a good sense of perceiving a smell or notice any kind of change in smell from your nose and mouth. If you can’t feel these smells, you wouldn’t know when you started smelling bad. It’s like spotting a mark when your clean white shirt gets dirty, which means you change, in order to clean it.
The first step of this system guides you towards how to become clean. It is a simple procedure that you should follow to get it right. Once you start feeling clean, you will find a way to practise everything in the book. The fresher you become, the more you become cautious.

This is the final stage of the process. By now you should be amazed with the effort you have made and the result you have got in return.
Therefore, this is the time to feel nice and fresh. From this point, you only brush when you feel like it and need it, or choose one of the three plans and stick with it. When you feel more confident managing the above plans, you can develop your own way to suit your income, time and lifestyle.
A person who brushes his/her teeth once a week with a new brush is better than a person who brushes more than once a day with the same brush, time and time again.
