I realised that communication management is very important to being a cabin crew career. I kept abreast of being an exchange student during my high school and university, and learning new cultures and languages. Also, I had done internships in different fields both abroad and in Thailand to reassure that I am able to communicate and manage given tasks and unexpected situation well. Besides from these extracurriculars, I had taken some classes that can be benefits to skills related to being a cabin crew, specifically, persuasion and negotiation, consumer behavior, social psychology, and relationship management. From these classes, I am able to find insights and understand more on attitudes, values, beliefs and world-views of people. Studying in this Faculty always pushes me keeping up with news updates. So, I kept abreast of the latest airline news, and through this I became increasingly aware that I longed to pursue my ambitions in the aviation industry. I had less than two months just to make my student get enough scores of its highly competitive entrance examinations of Triam Udom Suksa School, where has long been regarded as one of the best middle schools in Thailand. However, it was easier than I thought; she was willing to do every assignment and preparation test I had assigned without any complaints. I tried my best to give attention and provide academic instruction to my student under the speculation of what should be in the exams. When the examination date came closer, I knew that my student nearly reached her limits. I knew that exam preparation was the most boring moment ever. Therefore, all I can do was to inspire the motivation for continuing reading. One day before the exams, I lined to her and said “Triam Udom isn't for everyone, but do your best and you will fine .” Later, she got accept into Arts-French program. I am so proud.
