On a final note, it is one thing to be a cat and it is another thing to be a good one. Up there,in the high societies, are lots of wealth and riches that are maintained by secrecy. A cat that cannot see or feel and keep quiet, constitutes danger or problems to those high societies and such a cat is easily removed or killed, as there are also lots of rules guiding the high societies. The bible said in John 8 verse 32 that ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. Yes, this is true, you see it, you know it and you are happy. But i want to say that, sometimes someone can see and know the truth and if care is not taken by keeping silent, the truth that, that person have seen and known can kill him.
The less fortunate cats, who are not in the elite secret orders, call these high societies, crazy, because the actions of the cats in them, sometimes too, cannot be understood by the mass of the people. Only the qualified cats know the reasons why some actions are being taken.
Economically, the cats in the high societies, are rich and in good control. The social communities recognise their presence

The problem escalates when the cats in the other nations of the world contribute to problems by assisting the rebels and the government of a nation, just in the name of liberation or freedom. I feel that these nations are trying to sell their military weapons, inorder to raise up their economies but may be i am wrong. The recent example is the civil war in Syria, where the Americans gave weapons to the rebels to fight against the government of Assad. President Vladmir Putin was against this step taken by the Americans and even the people of the world were surprised that the Americans can take such step. While the Americans want Assad to go, the Russians, want him to stay and reorganise

In the book, a cat's daily life differs based on age and experience. For example, the newly born cats just stay in the nursery until they are 6 moons old. (In the book, the characters have moons, which are like years.) Apprentices, who are six moons or older, train with an older mentor who teaches them how to hunt and fight. An apprentice will stay an apprentice until their mentor thinks that they are skilled enough to become a warrior.…

The lines of how our human government is run is connected in the similar way Animal Farm does for its government. As it was spoken from one of the farmers “If you have your lower animals” he said “we have our lower classes!” (126), points out to the reader that the humans are no different compared to pigs in this world. Both man and pig contain the same desire to control their laboring classes so they will still be able to maintain their place in power. This also applies to the laboring class in the human world when compared to the lower class of animals.…

In 2012, zoologist Peter Menkhorst conducted a study to investigate the claims that large predatory cats inhabit Victoria. This was done to satisfy the many claims of large cat sightings and reports of the animals attacking and eating livestock. Menkhorst concluded that: “The most parsimonious explanation for many of the reported sightings is that they involve large, feral individuals of the Domestic Cat Felis catus. However, some evidence cannot be dismissed entirely, including preliminary DNA evidence, footprints and some behaviours that seem to be outside the known behavioural repertoire of known predators in Victoria.”…

In the beginning, Cat thinks Bahia De La Luha is a bad place to live, but after a while her opinion changes . For example, when she heard that the sun only shined there 62 days of the year she said “I'd rather die”(pg.6). This proves that she thinks Bahia De La Luha is a bad place to live because even in real life when we say we would rather die it usually means we're not a fan of something. Another example of this is, her parents moved…

In the novel “I Am a Cat” there is talk of many different ideas and issues, one of such being the current state of our world, and the problems going on of this time. Many characters offer thoughtful reflections on what they think to be the problems facing the times they are living in, such as Waverhouse’s view on the current state of marriage and how it is failing because people in their society are becoming more individualistic (pg. 452-454). However, Professor Sneaze’s thoughts of what the problems of his times are have more to do with self and suicide, rather than marriage. His reflection on becoming self aware seem to have the most relevance to the life of the nameless cat who is our narrator. According to Sneaze a certain kind of self…

Based on the United States’s past history in intervening in the affairs in other nations, it is best that this nation’s “moral responsibility” should lie right here on the home front. In addition to the U.S.’s interventions being notorious for blowing up in our face, there are several domestic issues that could be addressed if the same amount of attention was placed on them instead of on nations halfway across the globe. American intervention in seemingly hostile situations in foreign nations dates back as far as the early 20th century. After the second world war, the U.S. saw the “evils” that communism brought to the countries within its grasp. Those working within the foreign policy developed a doctrine called “containment” which would hinder communism from influencing any surrounding areas.…

President Harry Truman was brought into the role of leading the United States at an unfortunate time; during World War II. On December 7, 1945, Japan decided to drop a bomb on Pearl Harbor. The United States was not active in the war until the attack on Pearl Harbor occurred. Even though the bombing of Hiroshima costed many Japanese lives, the decision made by President Truman to attack Hiroshima was reasonable. As soon as the Japanese assaulted the United States by bombing Pearl Harbor, it became justifiable to make an act of retribution.…

What people do with free space is fill it up with objects or other things of value. No one enjoys empty spaces in their lives and are immediately filled. In Haruki Murakami’s Town of Cats Tengo lives with a vacuum in his life questioning the relationship that he has with his father trying to fill the void he’s been living with not knowing if that’s truly his father or not.…

He is certainly deceiving us when he recalls the details of the murder of his wife, but one could ask him or herself: Is he really wishes to prove his innocence to a hypothetical audience, why invent something as far-fetched as a supernatural cat to blame? Why not claim that, maybe he killed his wife in self-defense or in a complete accident, and fearful that no one would believe him, he hide her body? In my point of view, that would have been probably sounder to a reasonable person that wishes to be remembered as an innocent but misguided man. But, our narrator is probably not a reasonable or sane person, at least to me. I think that he reason why he tells us the story of the cat is probably because to some extent he believes it, he believes that Pluto came back to haunt him and take revenge on him. As we have seen, he was a man plagued by drinking and to some degree by the guilt of his actions against his loved ones.…
