Balance diet is the most important thing in the world. To be fit and healthy balance diet is very necessary. But the main thing which is important is that what is balance diet? And how someone can take balance diet regularly in his/her life. For balance diet you are not supposed to get something extra from market. Balance diet is present in your food which you are using but main thing is how you can balance it according to the body requirements. Balance diet contains proteins carbohydrates fats vitamins iron etc. These all components are required in specific proportion for our body and taking that specific proportion is called balance diet. Now how all these component is important for our body we will discuss them one by one

• Fats are present in the body for backup in case there is no carbohydrates body can take energy from fats.
• Large amount of intake of fats may lead to over weightiness so its bitter to take as less as possible
• All oily thing like butter cheese etc have fats
These are the few components other components like iron calcium etc is also important for body but not in huge amount .milk contain calcium which is important for strong bones. Similarly iron makes us active.
If we did not take a balance diet we may suffer from many diseases like with lack of protein loss of hair and skin problems may occur also lack of calcium can lead to osteoporosis and weakness of bones. Lack of iron can cause the laziness and you will not be able to participate in any thing actively. similarly if fats is not present in our body then there is no backup in case of shortage of the carbohydrates and the body temperature may also effects because fats also work as insular and keep the body

And good health will lead you toward the success. Balance diet will make you more effective more punctual and more strong. Having balance diet you will be able to have strong thinking power because when your food intake is balanced your mind will work more efficiently similarly you will be able to read write in more relax mood and your body will be strong so the tried feelings will be less. As your body requirement is fulfilled so your body immune system will be strong enough to face any type if bacterial or virus attack and keep you away from all types of diseases. With the balance diet you will be fit for your entire life.
