It is necessary to have aptitude-based-education system because it is practical. About the current education system, it requires students to take a lot of general education whether they want it or not. When someone is trying to put his/her effort on something, it needs inspiration to make the first step; however, the current education system seems like it is forcing students to learn the required subjects, and evaluate whether they were good at it or not. Perhaps, some people may felt very effective on their studying along the current education system, but it is still a problem that not everyone can find their aptitude in their studying. Since, the people who are majoring in certain majors may had determined their majors based on profit that will come after they graduate more than what they really like to do. For example, my uncle who graduated North Carolina University; majoring in fashion designing major because of Korea had developmental era during the time he was in the university with for his doctor degree. Because of the atmosphere of materialism gets stronger and stronger, people now a day tend more to part in majors that have higher average wages. Not only the higher average wages, people may also determine their career goals based on the reputation they want to carry in the future. To be specific, reputation works very effectively in our society; for example, people would still not try to be a cleaners even though firms are going to offer a very high wage for them. Replacing aptitude-based-education system will help bringing practical educational environment by only assigning materials to students that the students can perform their bests based on their aptitude-testing results. Furthermore, aptitude-based-education system will promote a passionate studying environment to the students. To be specific, students would not pay the full their bests on the materials when they are up to get taught subjects that are not the subjects they want to put their efforts on, they would not learn anything from the classes; it is just wasting of time, considering that we do not put any attention to the things we do not feel any attractions. In addition, learning something that are very interesting to us can make us get into the materials and will boost up the speed of gaining the information and obtaining the knowledge. Furthermore, aptitude-based-education system will bring tremendous amount of new job invention rate since the entire student are good at their majors and their performance in studying are maximized. To be specific, students are professional and enjoying their materials and the fact will help students to create new jobs that are branched down from the core subjects they are putting all their efforts to.
