Switching to online classes creates an option to travel and work on the road. Currently, I am working in a refinery doing turnarounds, and saving my money to pay for college. This summer I worked for seven weeks doing turnarounds, and I made enough money to pay for several years of college at Wharton. Being smart with my money I spent it else where, and I had to borrow money from my family. I want to be able to pay for my own college through working hard and determination. Having several years’ left of college I have not yet seen how successful I will be by paying for my own college, but I have seen the success I have made by working hard other places. There is no doubt in my mind I will not be successful in paying for my college by working hard. Graduating debt free is important and achieving a hard working name for myself is equally important

Employers are beginning to realize that when they pay extra for someone with diploma they, are paying only for an empty credential” (Bird 4). I’m not only competing with newly graduated students, but I am also competing with those who already have a college degree, and experience.…

Although vision is essential for a leader, seeing it in the long-term future is vital for its success (Barkhurst 66). This helps establish the foundational values of loyalty and pridefulness that is needed to build followers into leaders.…
