One of the accomplishments as a leader that I have acquired this semester is being more tolerant. One would think that being tolerant is a responsibility or simply something that we all should have. It is not like that, being tolerant has so much more to it. All the way from tolerating others ideas to how to work in a group. My values as a leader are the same ones that I entitle myself as a person. Being a man of my word, respectful, tolerant and honorable, I also try to bring all this same values into my leadership philosophy. Many people can tell if you are a leader or not by the way you handle yourself with others and the way you present yourself to the world. People know if you are leader material by the way you speak, the way you treat others, and the way you keep your promises. My leadership role is directly related to all the values and morals I learned throughout my life. Regardless, also take into consideration that values change with time.
