Having a college degree is important for some people. They do whatever they can to attend college. To pursue their goals, they are willing to take loans. They do not even care about how old they are. These kind of people devote time to study and often are successful in life. Barack Obama is an example of person who studies so hard to be the President of the United States. However, others have a different point of view about college. They think and prove that it is more than possible to become financially successful in life without a college degree. Some of them even consider that attend college to have a degree is a waste of time and money. According to a study of “The daily Caller”, (2014) several people who dropped out college are the most influential people. Bill Gates, the richest man in America is an example of an influential person who dropped out college. A college degree is very helpful, like I said before, to have a better job with a better salary. Even in recession period, the job is stable. It allows to provide good health. A college degree gives opportunity to live in a safe environment. It works also to have impact on kids. Children are generally willing to follow their parents’ examples. When parents attend college, kids, in the future, easily will do that too. Bill Gates, a powerful rich person who dropped out college, encourages student to have a college degree. He even spends money to help students achieve their goal. Finally, I can say that a college degree provides money, self-confidence, better health, happiness.
