From my point of view, sustainability is related to the way we live our lives when we are after our pursuit of happiness, in which I think not only do I want to have a rewarding life but also many other people. The principles of sustainability are all interconnected with not just nature but also with individuals and the collective well-being. For example, when I stopped to view my life with a more sustainable perspective I came to realize how I couldn’t see that my ill-judged decisions affected my health (eating junk food, skipping a meal because of so much stress, trading sleep for late nights of studying and watching movies, and not exercising because I never prioritized it). These choices I made only did harm to me, which in this case were waste which in turn (prevented me from fulfilling my true capabilities, I had less energy to go through the day which prevented me from learning, and also I turned out to be very stressed in the end). I can firmly affirm that investing time in our well beings by making wise choices can turn out to give very favorable results to not only us but also to the people around
