People have relation with some kinds of organizations and spend 2/3 of their life as a member to the organizations. The basic reason is that they must work and as long as they are member they obey the organization’s rules.
The structure of the organization will effect the worker’s behavior style, thoughts and feelings.
The science which examines the people’s behavior in an organization calls organizational behavior.

Transfering the workers to foreign country, how the units operations there and how it will effect the workers when they come back to their country back is significant.
• How should the organizational behaviors be implemented to the foreign workers according to their cultures, religions is important.
• Shifting work to the countries with the low labor cost will effect mangers in terms of the difference between the markets’ conditions.
Managing labor difference
The managing the workers which have different cultural, demographic and political view is an important issue in the organizations. The difference can be depended on their gender, age, believes, ethnic origins, physical abilities etc. These differences can provide some opportunities like decrease the costs, increase the opinions, reach to different markets etc. Therefore, the managers should have knowledge about organizational behavior for being able to manage it.

In this type of organizations people work with each by network although they are very far from each other. This type of working has both negative and positive effect on workers’ performance and the managing these type workers is different. This type work environment is more flexible, elastic and workers have control on their own work which provide them motivation and self-confidence. However, it has some difficulties for managers. Data security, the risk and threats for remote access, sharing of organizational culture, in-service training, supervision and valuation are more difficult for managers. Therefore, they benefit from organizational behavior quietly much.
Helping the workers to balancing the Conflict Between Work and Life
Global organizations have stressful working conditions. Workers are ready for service whole day. By the improving of the technology, it’s not matter if the worker is at home, or in holiday they fell such as they are on the work. They have also long working hours. Excessive workload and future concerns led to neglect family, friends etc. Many workers live alone and they are unhappy because of it. So, balancing life and work is an important issue.
