In this type of organizations people work with each by network although they are very far from each other. This type of working has both negative and positive effect on workers’ performance and the managing these type workers is different. This type work environment is more flexible, elastic and workers have control on their own work which provide them motivation and self-confidence. However, it has some difficulties for managers. Data security, the risk and threats for remote access, sharing of organizational culture, in-service training, supervision and valuation are more difficult for managers. Therefore, they benefit from organizational behavior quietly much.
