I am a freelancer, I have a small business that offers the service of web development and graphic design; right now my sales are going down because of the lack of commitment, I have a few clients still but many of them are opting out for other providers. This tool will help me identify the root of the problem and hopefully I can overcome this and apply the same tools to different problems not only at work but in my personal life as well.
The Used Tool
5 Whys process tool.
I am implementing the 5 Whys tool developed by Sakichi Toyoda
1. Why? I am not able to focus on one thing at a time.
2. Why? The school is taking most of my time.
3. Why? I have bad habits for time management.
4. Why? I am not a morning person; I feel that I can focus more at night.
5. Why? I have a lack of discipline.
Counter-measure. I need to start learning more about time management, doing more research and finding tools that can help me overcome this problem and that is affecting my success in both studies and work
