The Conflict

At work, there are many problems that need to be addressed but for the purpose of this assignment I will mention only one.

I am a freelancer, I have a small business that offers the service of web development and graphic design; right now my sales are going down because of the lack of commitment, I have a few clients still but many of them are opting out for other providers. I often think that many reasons are involved here and most of the time think that is because I tend to blame everything and everyone but myself. For example, blaming the place where I live, the demand in my field, that many people are doing the same thing I do, but I come to the conclusion that probably the main problem is that I don’t organize my time effectively, not balancing the activities that need to be done and not having, in general, a good plan of action.

This tool will help me identify the root of the problem and hopefully I can overcome this and apply the same tools to different problems not only at work but in my personal life as well.

In meetings with co-workers, I realized that presentations were far more result orientated as opposed to process orientated.…
