Learning about the outcomes the matrix has shown me that the model is valuable to guide policy making processes start with relatively feasible agendas. Despite of the matrix’s shortcomings, I believe that there is definite merit in applying this model to Indonesia’s policy analysis and advising. In the pursuit of positive changes, this model, in my opinion, is essential to help policy advisers offer a clear understanding about priority settings to decision makers.
