In general, every service and policy interventions are not equally provided to every individual, organization, and systems. And most of immigrant children are more vulnerable than native children in my opinion, so that well-structured implementation strategies are necessary to reduce mental health problems among immigrant chilren. Moreover, they may be not able to take many benefits from service intervention or policy interventions that they have experienced in socially complex setting not only before but also even after moving to the United States. Thus, effective innovations through the well-guided implementation intervention strategies can be changed to fit to the targeted social system. For providing the best-fitted intervention for my interest area, comprehensive implementation strategies need to be appropriate to effectively and efficiently support the innovative intervention. And the implementation strategies could build on the local capacity; include adequate recruitment; provide on-going training; support social workers and coaches who would facilitate the intervention; staff performance assessment; evaluate the organized plan that tells fidelity; integrative systems intervention; and be repeated the professional development experiences as everyday implementation efforts (Fixen et al., 2009). Using these implementation strategies, implementation teams directly help social workers to implement the intervention effectively. And Fixen et al. (2009) mentioned that these all implementation strategies can be categorized into three: competency, organization supports, and leadership.
