For HR department speaking, new staff training play a key role in whole processes, to creative talent staff could help Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc gain more profit in the future development. To finished new staff training is a important milestone.

The second is manager training end, manager training is also important to Eagle’s Nest Hotel Inc. There are 160 Mo travel in oversea. The manager in oversea have to take long time to USA. After manager training end in 22th of july in 2011. It is shows that all training are finished.

The third is first year finished, in leisure part implement processes, HR department pay more attention to first year task. Use another word, the first year is most difficult year for leisure part implement. If company can gain positive outcome after first, it means that leisure part step into growth stage.

The fourth is second year staff training term 3 finished. In the second time, HR department decided to have three time staff training. This is to help the staff renew their knowledge and make sure all staff could find a suitable way to face their job.
