Edgar Allan Poe's writing was impacted by his life in many ways.His life caused many struggles . Imagine lots of loved ones dying in your life and being depressed and trying to write. Some impacts on his writings were were Tuberculosis,alcoholism,And depression/sorrow .
TB was a big part of poe's life,his mom died died of tuberculosis causing him to be very sad.After his mom died it lead him to be insane and have lots of madness. Also his wife virginia died a little bit after his mom died which caused him to drink a lot.In the poem “Annabel lee” he uses a quote saying,”but we loved with a love that was more than love”. Tb really impacted poe's life causing him to have alcoholism.
