One of the major social impacts on Egypt was portrayed early on in the diffusion of Islam, which was the aspect of prayer. Throughout Islamic history and even today Muslims pray 5 times a day. This is a way Islam played a role socially on the Egypt population, throughout their everyday lives. One way that Islam played a role politically throughout this time period was, Sultan-Caliph who ran the empire by the religious bureaucracy. Rulers of the bureaucracy were Baybars I, Mamluk Sultan during 1260-1277 A.D. throughout Egypt and Syria. The main part of the society’s law, political values, and ideas strictly included the teachings of Islam. The protectors of the Muslim world were seen as Ottoman Sultans. As many people are calling it a “religious revolution”, the president is wanting all all Muslim leader to help him fight against extremism. This has created a great up hold in Muslims lives today, and of this social problem hopefully there will turn to be a solution. One of the more current political impacts is, the downfall of the Muslim community. This conflict taking place in 2013 lead to a great economic downfall throughout Egypt. There has become a vast amount of homelessness in Egypt and many people are blaming the Muslim brotherhood. Many citizens think that the government is pushing through economic law without consulting other political forces. This part of the Islam religion has a great impact on the country of
