I felt anger and sadness and joy for the fact they finally took a stand, but mostly just a weight was lifted off my shoulders at the end. I felt like this because they finally were recognized and finally heard for the way they had been treated their whole lives. The way they were finally seen as humans and not just objects. The Freedom Riders showed an amazing amount of courage and they impacted so many lives and started so many later movements and opportunities for people experiencing other problems to be heard as well. I find this documentary heart-warming and I think it truly does show what the Freedom Riders went through and how they felt during their whole journey. I think it inspires many people facing challenges to speak out and be heard so that change in the world can finally become an option to those who are too scared of the consequences now. The Freedom Riders truly were a group to look up to and would have been an amazing group to be apart of. They will be forever in history and have a significant history and place for the rest of
