The impact technology has on human service agencies allows new possibilities that can be advantageous for human service educators, students, professionals, supervisors, and agencies. there potential benefits of using technology, there are limitations include ethical and legal considerations, technological failures and glitches, and access to and competency using technological mediums. It is recommended that human services educators, professionals, and agencies consider the benefits and limitations of technology in their work before implementation. This model changes how human services are delivered.
