Over the past several years our school organization has been a school of improvement. Due to being a school of improvement and not showing much student and school improvement over the years, our stakeholders have lost interest and confidence in our school organization. Stakeholders have pulled their students out of our school and transferred them to other school organizations in the surrounding areas that have a better success rate and overall higher student performance rate on benchmark assessments. Stakeholder loyalty has diminished over the past several years due to our organization not being able to provide higher academic outcomes. Our organization has been impacted greatly due to the decrease in students because of transfers to other schools. Our organization has lost credibility with upcoming and current stakeholders and has developed a lot of negative reviews and images concerning our organization. Due to the changes in personnel and leadership approach, our organization over the past two years has developed a lot more stakeholder interest and loyalty of stakeholders is slowly returning. Furthermore, with stakeholder loyalty returning to our organization a lot of students that transferred a few years ago are now transferring back. Stakeholder loyalty has proven to increase the amount of stakeholder involvement in our organization both academically and in extracurricular activities.
