Making a business case for diversity is crucial for HR professionals. Measuring the impact of diversity practices is a first step. Yet, only 38% of HR professionals indicated that their organizations had a method for measuring the impact of diversity practices, as shown in Figure 7. Large organizations were more likely to have a method for measuring the impact of diversity practices than small and medium organizations.
